Terms
Plain terms for a small service. Using the audit means you accept them.
The audit
The audit is free and provided as is. It compares what your store publishes today with what public web archives and search engines recorded, then tests each address that looks gone.
We make no guarantee that the result is complete. Public archives do not save every page, they sometimes refuse our requests, and a store can block automated checks. Pages we could not test are shown as “not checked” and are never counted as broken. Treat the result as a strong signal, not an exhaustive inventory.
Restoration — $149
A one-off, manual service. We rebuild the lost collections and pages from their archived copies and set up the redirects, working inside your Shopify admin.
- You add us as a collaborator through Shopify’s own feature. We never ask for your password.
- Delivery is within 48 working hours of collaborator access being granted — not from payment, since we cannot start before we have access.
- We only restore what the archives actually preserved. If a page was never archived, it cannot be rebuilt from one, and we say so.
- We ask for the minimum permissions needed, and we ask you to remove our access once the work is delivered.
Early access subscription
A monthly subscription to the backup app while it is being built. You can cancel at any time, from the link in your Stripe receipt or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next payment; access runs to the end of the period already paid for.
The early-access price is kept for as long as the subscription stays active.
What we are not responsible for
We are not affiliated with Shopify or the Internet Archive. We are not responsible for changes another app or person makes to your store, for the content of the archives, or for search ranking outcomes, which depend on Google alone.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a disagreement cannot be settled directly, the French courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your own country’s law gives you.
